Account deletion
Delete in the app
Open Oyu → Settings → Account → Delete account. Read the warning and confirm. You do not need to contact support to initiate deletion from a signed-in account. Export any work you want to keep first. This action cannot be undone.
What is removed
The live service removes your account, email and profile, password hash, account-linked saved work, collections/settings and related records. Files under your account’s storage prefix are deleted. Active account access ends. Anonymous aggregate catalogue statistics and detached technical device records may remain. Backups or older migration copies are separate from live storage; contact info@oyu-app.com about their deletion.
What is not cancelled or recalled
Uninstalling Oyu or signing out is not account deletion. Deleting an Oyu account does not automatically cancel an Apple subscription. Cancel any active subscription separately in your Apple account. Exports, shared files and copies held by recipients are not recalled.
Cannot access your account?
Email info@oyu-app.com from your account email and request account deletion. We may ask for information sufficient to verify ownership, but never your password. We will explain any legal retention requirements that apply to your request. Developer: Beknazar Karin.
