About these terms
Oyu is provided by Beknazar Karin, info@oyu-app.com. Updated 6 October 2026. These terms describe use of Oyu’s catalogue, creation tools and online services. For the iOS app licence, Apple’s Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement applies unless a separate licence is supplied through the App Store. These service terms do not replace that licence or your mandatory consumer rights.
Accounts and acceptable use
Keep your credentials secure and provide an email address you control. Do not use the service for unlawful content, infringement, unauthorised access, fraud, abuse or attempts to bypass service limits. We may restrict misuse or access necessary to protect the service, subject to applicable law. You may stop using Oyu and delete your account at any time.
Your work and catalogue material
You retain the rights you hold in your own work. You permit us to store, process and transmit your content only as necessary to operate the features you request and our service obligations. Catalogue drawings, book reproductions, software and branding may have separate rights. Access to Oyu does not itself grant unrestricted commercial reuse rights to all catalogue material. Contact info@oyu-app.com about licensing or a rights concern.
AI-assisted designs
AI results can be inaccurate, non-unique or unsuitable. A generated design is not a guarantee of compliance with every traditional ornament rule, cultural meaning, copyright clearance or exclusive ownership. Review outputs before use. Do not submit content you lack the right to process.
Availability, limits and purchases
Online features require a working connection and may be limited, changed or interrupted. Free quotas and feature availability are shown in the app. A plan label alone does not establish an active Apple subscription. If App Store purchases are offered, the purchase screen must show the price, duration and renewal conditions before confirmation. Apple processes App Store payments. Manage subscriptions through your Apple account; account deletion does not automatically cancel a subscription.
Responsibility, changes and support
We do not guarantee uninterrupted service or error-free AI output. Nothing here excludes rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
